We had a great experience with J. Griffin Heating & Plumbing installing a new sink and laundry pump in our basement. Kyle came out initially to provide a quote and was very helpful in answering our follow-up questions before the work started. On installation day, John and Shane arrived on time within the scheduled window and worked diligently to complete the job. They took the time to explain the process and answer any questions we had along the way. When they finished, the work area was spotless, and everything was working perfectly. We highly recommend J. These guys went above and beyond! Our boiler cracked, and we had no hot water. I called and they sent Dave out the same day to assess and quote us, and they started the work the very next day. Not only that, they installed a temporary electric water heater so we could still have hot water while they replaced (and improved) our entire heating system. Jeff, Josh, and the crew were fast, professional, and precise with their installation. We couldn’t be happier.

What a great company, top to bottom. Extremely knowledgeable and professional technicians, very friendly and accommodating office staff, all wrapped up in a local company. I had the pleasure of working with Jeremy and Cody and they answered all my questions and provided excellent service. Hoping to not have to call them TOO often, but I know when I do, I will be getting the best service out there!

John came to service our heating system and repair a pipe in our basement. He was incredibly professional, thorough and made sure I was in the loop the whole time. The work was quick and done above expectations. Would highly recommend John for any job related to heating / plumbing. J Griffin has excellent staff and very fair pricing. I’ve used them twice for next-day needs and they’re awesome at accommodating . Will only use them from now on, 10/10 recommend!

Five stars for John S. who did my annual service today and also addressed two other issues. He was fast but thorough, and answered all of my questions in simple and clear terms that were easy for me to understand. He was also super courteous and conscientious.
